The fifth MACHINA project meeting was held both on-site in Rome, Italy, in September 2022 and virtually using zoom.

In the meeting, the partners discussed the completed activities in the 4th semester and the ones planned for the upcoming time period. The partners discussed the preparation of the qualification outline and organizing the multiplier events in the following months.

The fourth MACHINA project meeting was initially planned to be held in Bucharest, Romania, in April 2022. However, due to the corona restrictions, the meeting was organized virtually using the zoom on the 7th of April 2022.

In the meeting, the partners discussed the completed activities in the 3rd semester and the ones planned for the upcoming time period. The work plan was discussed and agreed upon, and the progress regarding VOOC infrastructures. The partners also considered the most important technical specifications required of the potential online platform. Moreover, there was a discussion on the statement of support for recognizing MACHINA learning outcomes.

The third MACHINA project meeting was initially planned to be held in Athen, Greece, in November 2021. However, due to the various corona restrictions, the meeting was organized virtually using the zoom on the 2d of November 2021.

In the meeting, the partners summarized the progress done in the second semester and discussed the main activities in the third semester. The progress of the learning materials developed for the MACHINA training course was presented, emphasizing the valuable points to consider when delivering the materials. The responsible partners also introduced the idea and concept of the Trainer Handbook, the VET integration guidelines report, and the online tool that the project would adopt for the developed materials.

The next partner meeting will take place in March 2022 in Bucharest, Romania.

The second project meeting was planned to be held in Hannover, Germany. However, due to the current situation of COVID-19, it was organized online. The first intellectual output, “Learning outcome,” was presented and discussed based on the survey findings and the research held during the first semester. The virtual meeting was successfully held, and the next semester plan was introduced and discussed with all the partners.

In September 2020, the first project meeting was held online to discuss the project plan and ensure all the partners have a common understanding of the project and their roles in it. Moreover, the training course’s shared vision was highlighted, the main activities agreed upon, and further tasks divided. There were also discussed in detail project management and reporting procedures, budget allocation, and project timeline.

The next partner meeting will take place in March 2021, in Hannover, Germany.
