Il ML \u00e8 nato nel campo del riconoscimento di modelli, ma si \u00e8 evoluto all&#8217;uso di algoritmi di apprendimento&nbsp; sui dati per produrre modelli, prevedere risultati e prendere decisioni con il minimo intervento umano. La rapida espansione del ML, soprattutto nei settori con grande utilizzo di dati (ad esempio banche, vendita al dettaglio,etc.) sta rapidamente aumentando la richiesta di lavoratori qualificati nel settore delle ICT nell&#8217;UE. Sebbene la domanda di lavoratori ICT con particolare esperienza nel ML sia particolarmente elevata, l&#8217;offerta \u00e8 notevolmente in ritardo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">MACHINA \u00e8 un progetto Erasmus KA2, che mira ad affrontare questo deficit di competenze ML aumentando la rilevanza dell&#8217;offerta di ICT iniziale e continuativa nel settore, per garantire che la forza lavoro ICT esistente e futura avr\u00e0 le competenze specifiche nel ML e le abilit\u00e0 trasversali richieste, per rispondere alle moderne esigenze richieste sul posto di lavoro e avere successo in un settore competitivo e in rapida crescita. Il progetto metter\u00e0 inoltre a disposizione materiali educativi transnazionali sotto forma di OER, per garantire un&#8217;ampia adozione e sostenere l&#8217;offerta di ICT in modo flessibile e class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u2022 Progettare un curriculum VET congiunto in ML per fornire ai lavoratori ICT competenze tecniche, non tecniche e meta (soft-skills).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u2022 Introdurre metodi flessibili di erogazione della formazione e risorse pedagogiche innovative libere per supportare l&#8217;offerta di IFP e l&#8217;acquisizione di competenze di ML.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u2022 Promuovere il riconoscimento e l&#8217;integrazione dei requisiti di abilit\u00e0 ML nei quadri di competenza settoriale e negli schemi di certificazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u2022 Migliorare il mercato del lavoro ML e l&#8217;accesso e la qualit\u00e0 delle&nbsp; informazioni sulle competenze a
